Warranty & Returns

All Vibratex products are backed by a one-year limited warranty. If you have questions concerning a Vibratex product, or if it is not functioning properly, please email: customerservice@vibratex.com. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials, arising under normal usage and care, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers products purchased and used within the U.S. and Canada. You must keep your original proof-of-purchase to obtain warranty service. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Please note that this warranty does not cover your personal satisfaction, cosmetic flaws, mishandling of the toy nor ordinary wear and tear.

During the applicable warranty period, and within normal household use, Vibratex will repair or replace the product with a comparable model. If you believe you have a warranty issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email customerservice@vibratex.com for shipping information
  2. Carefully package product and ship to Vibratex. Insurance recommended.
  3. Retain tracking information for your protection in case of loss or damage in shipment. Vibratex is not responsible for loss or damage during incoming shipment.
